As a company, we are making impactful changes to fulfill our commitment to diversity and inclusion and have taken the following actions:
Support the development of parent company Union’s nine employee resource groups to build community, foster inclusion, and uphold our core values: Unity, Respect, Build and Nurture.
Provide diversity and inclusion basics training to all new hires and provide gender inclusion training to increase awareness of unconscious bias.
